Benefits of Top-ups

If you topped up your credit with CZK 300 or more, you are eligible for a top-up reward. You can choose between two rewards: Data Reward (a package with 2 GB of data) or Unlimited to T‑Mobile Reward (a package with unlimited calls to T‑Mobile numbers). If you top up more than CZK 400, you become eligible for an additional reward: Data Reward (a package with 10 GB of data). If you use automatic top-up, the reward is valid for 10 days. For one-time top-ups, the reward is valid for 7 days.

You can set automatic top-up in the My T-Mobile application. Either you choose for a specific day of the month or for the moment when your credit drops below the amount you choose.

According to this setting, your credit will be increased automatically. The same amount will either be deducted from your payment card or will be charged in the next statement according to your settings. You can have both charging methods on at the same time. Easily set up everything in the My T-Mobile app and you are all set. You can also cancel automatic top up in the app.

Claiming your reward is up to you. If you do not claim it within 7 or 10 days of topping up the credit (one time or automatic top-up, the reward offer expires without the possibility of compensation. However, if you top up your credit again for at least CZK 300, you will be entitled to get the reward again.

Yes, the 15 GB data package can be used in the Czech Republic and throughout the EU. Unlimited calls only apply to calls to numbers in the T-Mobile network in the Czech Republic. Calls to numbers in the EU are billed according to the valid Price List.
